- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Carrier refuses to deliver parcels to my house if it doesn't fit in mailbox. They leave a slip and I have to go to the PO. I have completed the form to have parcels delivered to my house three times, but nothing has changed. Speaking directly to the post master (after several failed attempts) also did nothing to change my situation. He asked if I had aggressive dogs. I said no. He asked if my driveway was difficult to turn around in. I said no. He said he would speak directly with my carrier to figure out what was going on, and that he would get back to me. Of course, he never got back to me and my carrier still refuses to deliver parcels to my house, seemingly for no reason but pure laziness. UPDATE: Though it did take some time and persistance, the post master came out and visited my property to take a look for himself. He determined that I should be having packages delivered to my house and did what he had to do to make things right. Since then I have had no problems. I understand the people at the post office are busy and under-manned, so I appreciate the effort made to correct the issue.By kenny close, February 05, 2017
